Southampton Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center has launched CardioPro cardiac rehab, led by board-certified cardiologist Dr. Agha W. Haider. The specialized program combines physician oversight, customized treatment plans, advanced therapies, nutrition counseling and education to help cardiac patients improve their strength and independence. Care is coordinated from pre-admission through the transition home, with a focus on improving outcomes and reducing hospital readmissions.
